Nancy Passovoy, SPHR¹, Principal, has more than 10 years of human resource management, wage and salary administration, business planning, and management experience; she has more than 30 years of general business experience, which includes accounting, sales and operations.  She has an MBA from Seattle University.  Nancy is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), Business and Professional Women (BPW), Northwest Recruiters Association (NWRA) and Washington Software Alliance (WSA).  She was a member of Vistage/TEC for over 3 years in the Seattle area.  Vistage is a national professional development organization for executives and senior managers.
